Recently, there’s been a lot of EV hype, a lot of airline hype, a lot of Palantir hype, but there’s also been a lot of Clean Energy hype.
One thing we’ve learned is that it’s not too late to jump on the hype train. The Clean energy sector is going to continue to grow as it has. The Biden administration is expected to contribute a ton of money also to the energy sector. You hear all of these companies wanting to be Carbon Neutral by X year. They want to use solar or wind energy now, etc etc.
Bottom Line: $ICLN is a great play right now to have exposure to the clean energy sector. Here are some of its holdings: 5.7% of Plug Power, 5% of Enphase Energy, 5% of Merdian Energy, 4.7% of FirstSolar… and the list goes on.
