Today, we are looking at Spartan Energy ($SPAQ) which is a “Blank Check” company with the sole purpose of raising money to acquire a company, which in this case is Fisker. Fisker is an automotive manufacturer building all-electric cars and SUVs. Similar to Nikola, they haven’t actually sold a car yet and this is all hype about their preorders on the “Ocean” SUV Model. They would be in close competition with Tesla, which has a clear competitive advantage right now.
