Week 6 Review and Week 7 Preview
Week 6 Recap:
Illini pull out a big win over Iowa after losing starting QB DeVito. Top receiver Isiah Williams suffered a concussion during the game and will probably be out this week. Tennessee blows out LSU. LSU crowd looked awful, complaining they don’t do day games. TCU pulls out a win against Kansas after Kansas lost their starting QB. Their backup looked solid tho. Mississippi State rolled overArkansas who was without KJ Jefferson. Texas absolutely embarrasses Oklahoma. NC State pulls out a tight win over Florida State. Michigan struggles with Indiana then puts it together in the second half and rolls them. UCLA handled Utah solidly. Washington falls to ASU. USC beats Washington State.

Week 6 Two Team Teaser Review and Week 7 Two Team Teaser (4-3 +0.2 units):
Week 6:
Texas (ML) vs Oklahoma
Texas Tech at 7 Oklahoma State (-2.5)
(B+7) -140
Texas absolutely crushes Oklahoma, easy win. Oklahoma State pulls one out and covers the original -9.5. Lots of offense in that game. Oklahoma State’s defense needs some work if they want to continue to be in the top 10.
Week 7:
10 Penn State at 5 Michigan (ML)
7 USC (+10.5) at 20 Utah
(B+7) -140
Rational:
First off. What a week do we have in college football. 6 games of ranked teams playing each other. Gonna need 15 TVs on Saturday. Was thinking about teasing the Illini down to ML here, but with the uncertainty behind DeVito playing and Isiah Williams out, don’t love our chances. If DeVito doesn’t play, this game is over before it starts. Because of all the great top 25 matchups, I wanted the teaser to be in those games although there were others I considered. Clemson only being -3.5 at FSU is surprising, I thought they’d be around -7. I chose Michigan because although this will be a great tight game, it is at Michigan, which of course is a home field advantage but not having to play at Penn State is way better. Even though this is the best team Michigan has played, Penn State still has Sean Clifford at QB and I like Michigan to win here. Next we move onto USC at Utah. I thought this line would be closer to even. Utah is a tough place to play but UCLA handled them pretty well. I think USC wins outright, butI don’t see them losing by 2 scores. We’ll take the points. Enjoy the games.
